Hiring Terms:

1. Children should not be allowed to climb up or hang over the walls of the inflatable. Neither should they bounce on the front step or over the front safety barrier.

2. No shoes, pets, toys or sharp objects, (e.g. jewellery, glasses, etc.) are allowed on the inflatable.

3. Bouncy Castles For Children Means - NO ADULTS! These inflatables are for children under 12 years old. Under no circumstances should adults enter onto them as this will result in damage. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer.

4. The recommended number of children on the inflatable at any one time is as follows:-
Bouncy Castles = 8 max.
Adult Castle = 12 adults max

5. No smoking, fires or barbecues to be used near the inflatable. No signs/pictures are to be glued/taped or hung on the inflatable.

6. NO FOOD, DRINK or cigarettes to be allowed on the inflatable. No face paint, silly string or party poppers allowed on the inflatable, as they stain and are difficult to remove. Equipment that is returned in an unacceptable dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.

7. Do not interfere with the electrical equipment. Do not cover the blower with any thing. Do not switch off blower whilst children are on the inflatable. In the unlikely event of deflation, evacuate the inflatable immediately to prevent injury and damage.

8. You “the hirer” must ensure that a responsible adult supervises children and boisterous behaviour is stopped immediately. STRICTLY NO acrobatics as this is dangerous. The inflatable must not be left unattended.

9. You “the hirer” must ensure that the inflatable remains staked down at all times and use your discretion in high wind and bad weather. You must not hand any of the equipment over to any one other than our authorised delivery driver, who holds a copy of this document.

FAQs:

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE THE CASTLE FOR?

We aim to deliver all castles before 12 noon, and start collecting early evening, usually in the same order we deliver, so everyone gets the same amount of time. If you require different times this can be arranged, just ask.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

10-15 minutes to erect and about the same to pack away.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

No deposit is necessary, just book the castle of your choice and pay CASH ON DELIVERY (Our drivers can not leave an inflatable until it has been paid for). Cheques will only be accepted from Commercial Customers, Schools, Churches, and other organisations. Receipts are available to all, just ask your driver!

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

All castles have shower covers and we supply ground sheets and circuit breakers. The majority of our customers have the castle whatever the weather. Alternatively, there is no fee if you wish to cancel due to bad weather. The choice is yours! Why not check the weather forecast?

HOW DOES THE CASTLE OPERATE?

Inflatables are operated by an electric blower via extension cables supplied by us. An average size inflatable will cost you about 75p in electricity per day.
